Set your own training schedule - we recommend a routine of 3 days on, followed by 1 rest day - pick up where you left off and continue through the program.
Whether it takes you 12 weeks or 16 weeks to get through this program you'll see amazing gains regardless. Just push yourself, fuel right, stick to the plan, and watch the magic happen!
